In answer to your question. No...not so much. I crashed at about 8:30 p.m. but I managed to get in my jammies before I went out at 9:00.
The DVD I mentioned is "Daily Yoga" with Tara Stiles 2010. But it's a rigorous 1 hr workout that I only do about twice a week. My favorite routine is an old one by Rodney Yee, "Yoga for Athletes." If you're new to yoga there are plenty of starters DVD's that are great for working out the kinks.
